Mălina started her career in 2022 with the office of Glodeanu Partners where she is currently involved in Real Estate, Corporate and Commercial matters, also assisting clients with opinions regarding the legislation in the energy field and interacting with various public authorities.

Before graduating the Faculty Law within the University of Bucharest, Mălina was an intern at various law offices and public authorities.

She has developed her legal drafting and pleading skills by being one of the counsels of the team representing the University of Bucharest at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, where she has gained several distinctions.

Malina was a volunteer within the Law Students’ Association where she was elected Secretary General and the deputy director of the Academic Department, being in charge of supervising the organising committees of more than 20 projects (conferences, workshops, trainings and mock trials). She coordinated the 7th edition of the project “Învață să fii student!”, the largest activity organised by the Law Students’ Association.
