Sergiu is a lawyer with a highly motivated and results-oriented approach. He has over 3 years of experience, through which he has become proficient at providing practical solutions tailored to the interests and needs of the clients. Sergiu has a proven track record of success in drafting claims and representing clients in court in a wide range of legal matters, including tort and contract liability, foreclosure, bond and warranty recovery and administrative proceedings.

In addition, he has extensive experience on mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence of companies and real estate with a view to their acquisition by clients, including in public tender procedures. He has also demonstrated his ability to negotiate and review contracts on a wide range of matters.

Fluent in Romanian and English, Sergiu holds a Master’s degree in International and Comparative Business Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Law, both from Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca.

He has also invested in his education by completing several courses, including a Summer Law School in Media Law at the University of Trieste, Italy, and an ESOL Level 2 Certificate from the University of Cambridge.
