Honored to having attended together with Mihaela Ciocirlea and Petruta Anghelescu the first edition of #SolarEnergyBucharestSummit last Friday alongside numerous Clients of ours.
Among other good news and astonishing projects, we were glad to hear that the Romanian officials are aware of the practical difficulties that solar projects are facing with respect to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in respect of projects developed on plots of land exceeding 50 ha located outside the buildable area. We look forward to seeing the outcome of the declarations of Mr. Antal Istvan-Lorant, President of the Commission for Energy, Energy Infrastructure and Mineral Resources from the Romanian Senate, namely a new legislative proposal aiming to further clarify this aspect as well as actions at institutional level in order to help the officials understand all relevant points of view.
