Order no. 9/2023 issued by the National Energy Regulatory Authority was published in the Official Gazette.

By this Order, the mandatory quota for the purchase of green certificates for the year 2022 is established at a value of 0.4934314 green certificates/MWh, corresponding to a final consumption of electricity exempt from the payment of green certificates of 6785.940 GWh.

The Order will enter into force on 1 March 2023.
