Alexandra is also involved in transactional work, contributing to due diligence processes and the review of project-related documentation.

Working closely with senior lawyers, she contributes to the delivery of clear, practical, and well-structured solutions. She is building her practice through hands-on involvement in complex mandates, with a focus on developing a strong and reliable foundation in corporate and energy law.
