Ciprian Glodeanu

Founder and Co-Head of the Energy practice of Glodeanu Partners, Ciprian is one of the most well-known energy and real estate lawyers in Romania.

Ciprian is the annual correspondent of World Bank for producing the construction section of the World’s Bank publication: Doing Business in Romania.

Ciprian is also the former President of the Romanian Photovoltaic Industry Association (www.rpia.ro) founded in 2012 whose purpose is to create a business environment for networking among Romanian and international authorities and all the other foreign and Romanian companies involved in the PV supply chain.

Ciprian is currently proudly and laudably wearing two hats at the same time, being a lawyer and a renewable energy projects developer. In addition to a great lawyer, he is one of Founding Partners of 4P Renewables and General Manager of AJ Renewables, two of the biggest players on the Romanian renewables market.

After having advised the major players on the renewables market, he is currently developing more than 2 GW of renewables, in Romania, with the two platforms that he is active on, and participating in building more than 2 GW of renewable energy project both abroad and in Romania.
