Patricia is a qualified lawyer with over 6 years of experience acquired mainly in real estate, energy and commercial practice areas.

Her main expertise includes real estate & urbanism, constructions and energy. She has wide experience in development of renewable energy projects, having assisted Romanian and foreign investors in connection with the acquisition/sale, development and operation of energy projects, especially renewable energy sourced facilities, as well as clients in day-to-day activities regarding the development of multiple renewable energy projects.

Patricia has also a broad expertise in a whole range of residential, office and retail real estate matters by managing due diligence exercises, advising on the transaction structure and by drafting and negotiating various transaction documents as share deals, asset deals, business transfer agreements, as well as documents related to the financing process.
