Alexandru-Franz Pruteanu

Alexandru is a Romanian law qualified lawyer with over 6 years of experience acquired mainly in energy, corporate, commercial, and various regulatory matters. He has assisted clients from a wide range of industries, including energy, industrial manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, IT&C, consumer goods, retail or banking and finance.

He focuses his practice on energy, corporate, regulatory, and more recently on Mergers & Acquisitions, having assisted clients in day-to-day activities, as well as in relation to various transactions, including in relation to preparation and implementation of deals.

He has assisted Romanian and foreign investors in connection with the acquisition/sale, development and operation of energy projects, especially renewable energy sourced facilities. Also, he has been involved in life sciences industry, both as part of a multinational law firm and as an in-house legal counsel, focusing specially on regulatory matters.

Alexandru started his career in 2018 with Bondoc și Asociații, where he activated for 2 years, being involved in a wide spectrum of complex projects, particularly as an energy, commercial, regulatory and pharma lawyer.
