Cristina is a qualified Romanian lawyer, currently Co-Head of both the Corporate M&A and the Energy practices of Glodeanu Partners.
Well-known and with an excellent reputation in the business law environment in Romania, with broad experience gained for more than 17 years in multinational law firms and within the entrepreneurial environment, Cristina is recognized by our Clients as a solid negotiator.
She started her career in 2006 with the Bucharest office of Gide Loyrette Nouel, being heavily involved in advising top French-based clients on their investments in Romania. In 2008 Cristina joined the Bucharest office of White & Case LLP, where she operated for almost 10 years as an M&A, corporate and commercial lawyer, part of the most important legal projects at the time. Before joining Glodeanu Partners in March 2022, Cristina was part of the management team opening two new structures, D’Ornano Partners, a leading French law firm in Central and South-East Europe, with offices in Paris, Budapest, Bucharest, and Belgrade and GM Legal.
Cristina was a contributor for the Global Renewables Energy Guide for Romania during 2011-2014.
Cristina is one of the former Legal VPs of Professional Women’s Association, where she is a member from 2018. She is a graduate of the Virtual Entrepreneurship Program, in 2020, organised by Professional Women’s Network Global in collaboration with EU Business School.
She is also keen on expanding her coaching skills through the solution focused approach and positive intelligence that she considers to be of support both within Glodeanu Partners team and with respect to the relations with the Clients.
Cristina acts for several years as Mentor for Principals of schools and kindergartens, within the Leadership Academy organised by AVE Romania (Asociatia pentru Valori in Educatie).
